1. "Cleancall" is a call recording app, so, it only work properly if normal, callable USIM is inserted in the mobile.
2. If the message is shown even if phone calls are possible without problem on your mobile, go into Phones> Settings> More> Device Information> Status> Network or check your phone number. Your mobile is properly connected to the network if carriers info is appears well.
3. For some USIM chip distribution in the past, there"s a bug that does not bring network information.
Please contact the Customer Care Center of operators, then you can get a guide such as replacement of your USIM chip.
4. If the problem is solved through Customer Center of operators, then you can use Cleancall without problem.
5. The device may not properly recognized in the routing phone. Please check whether the route.
